Warranty and Installation Guidelines:
The APEAX warranty is applicable to the APEAX NEXT GEN XTREME range of films when utilized, altered, and applied in adherence to the specified requirements outlined in the APEAX NEXT GEN Installation Guidelines.
APEAX warrants the original purchaser that our paint protection films will be free from manufacturing defects upon shipment and, for the durations specified in the below document, when used in accordance with our instructions under normal conditions. The terms and conditions of our warranty apply.
Online registration on our website within 30 days of your purchase is required for the warranty to be valid. The warranty period commences on the day of your purchase/service.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1pm PDT (LOS ANGELES) will be processed the same day.
Orders made after 1pm PDT will be processed for Next Day Shipping.
We will prioritize with UPS Shipping with instant scan tracking when applicable (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and rural areas)
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items: Pre Cut Tint and PPF Packages
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: NOT AVAILABLE
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $125, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
