Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- All returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Pre-authorization is required for all returns — please contact us before sending anything back to ensure proper processing.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We may request photos or additional details to verify the issue and expedite a resolution.
Refunds & Processing
- Approved returns will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
- Refunds apply only to the product cost; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, opened or partially used items cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.
